Glad to have a drive thru so close cause once you hit Westford there's no more

Beatifull, excelent service and nice people.

I generally like this location- but my most recent visit to this location I decided to order something different than my usual and was told by a gentleman working the drive-thru that what I was trying to order was not in stock- no problem! I ordered my usual: XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He said drive up, I did and he took my money for my order, but then asked me what I ordered- which I thought was normal considering it's a lot (in my opinion). That was fine, but then he came back 5 minutes later and asked me what my order was. I told him my order and he replied with "oh, I made ice tea- I'll make it new for you", no problem- things happen! He was gone for another few minutes (thankfully no one pulled up behind me) and brought me back what looked like my order except it wasn't my order, it was coffee. I politely let him know that this wasn't what I ordered and he said to me "you ordered this, 2 cream and 2 sugar". I again told him it was an XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He took it back and went away again for a few more minutes. He came back again with another coffee. At this point, I apologized to him for the confusion even though I'm not sure where it was since I told him my order multiple times in the 15 minutes I was waiting and asked for my money back. He refused to give me my money back and instead just took the change back out of my hand and put it in the register. I explained to him I wasn't going to be paying for these items because it wasn't what I had ordered. He stared blankly at me and I asked again for my money back. He finally opened the cash drawer and said "I can't believe this, this is insane, you're ridiculous!", handed me my money and walked away from the drive-thru window. I understand working a drive-thru is very difficult with multiple orders coming through but I was the ONLY customer (I could see through the drive-thru window there weren't any customers inside). I don't think I'll be going back here after this.

Horrible service, I was totally ignored for 3minuets, I was the only customer at the counter waiting for service... This happened today 12/16/17 about 10:05 this morning

Not impressed at all by the food. Donuts tasted like something I could get at the grocery store bakery, not a shop that is supposed to specialize in them.
