I was in need of a car rental as my car was in the shop at Sullivan Tire in Westford. Both were wonderful to work with and would recommend both Enterprise and Sullivan Tire to anyone. Great customer service!

The car was fine, but picking it up was a major hassle. I arrived at Enterprise in Chelmsford at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was the fourth person waiting in line. About an hour later - after the line had grown about 10 deep - I drove away in my rental. I'm not sure why it had to take so long to pick up a vehicle I had reserved in advance.
I needed minivan to carry large cargo. Van was available on time, full of gas and ready to go. Service was quick and courteous. We had no problems with the car and returned it to the enterprise where we picked it up. Thanks, Enterprise
