Long lines, every single day, all of the time. Shelves are usually a mess. Dressing rooms are usually a mess.
It was very clean, very up to date, friendly customer service. It was easy finding what I needed. The prices were great, the sales were better. I really enjoyed my time here. I would absolutely shop here again.
The Kohls charge is unbelievable. Finally paid off my balance so I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. No. They took out more money from my bank . Call them back and they told me they will send me a check. No check . And they charge me a Kohls fee for having my money back that my card has been paid for?? Literally took out $300 from my bank when I paid $140 for my Kohls charge. Awful !!!!!

Waited in line 20 minutes for a return that I figured I was in the correct line for, only to find out that there was a separate department for returns. Can’t understand why l couldn’t be helped at that desk.I threw the shoes away in the nearest barrel, instead of wasting another second of my time.
