I understand funerals are important but so are Birthdays. These people answer the phone and a Sunday and are shocked that I asked to send flowers for a Birthday. They remind me IT's SUNDAY, so I asked, "Why did you answer" They said in case it was for a funeral. Really? I don't understand, this is a birthday celebration. Called Mahoneys and they were so nice and helped. This industry needs people who care about the sentiment, not so much the $$$
