Lauren is the best!!
The staff were nice enough but didn't do the full work I paid for. The cost and area descriptions haven't matched the services listed online for this chain online. I've received services upon a good faith assumption twice now and had the same issue in this location multiple times. I might try another European wax center again but certainly not this location.
As a first timer, I was afraid and uncomfortable. well my experience was no where near uncomfortable. I felt welcomed and Lauren kept me at ease the entire experience. I recommended to everyone I know and will be a returning customer
