This Payless location is accusatory and discriminatory. The man working on the evening of December 29th had accused me of switching tags on boots so that the price would reflect a cheaper price of 19.99$ He said " I just changed all the tags myself and know they were correct." Ripped the tag of the boot and walked away. I said that he did not have to accuse me of exchanging the tags and He than told me I could get out of the store becuase it was past 9:00 PM when the store closed. I was a paying customer. I had money and I wanted him to either say that they were sorry and the boot was mislabeled or to honor the 10.00$ Difference for the boot. Instead he accused me of changing the labels. My experience with corporate was extremely pleasant but in the store that get a big fat 0 from me.
