The people are nice and helpful, and the facility and location are good, but it's so annoying having to set up an appointment even to do something simple with anyone other than the teller. Walk-ins are not welcome. And the weekday hours of operation make it almost impossible to visit the branch any time but on the couple hours they're open on the weekend.
Credit unions offer much better services and treat you so much better.

Been a BoFA member for a very long time. But whenever I try to get a notary done, or a cashier's check made they don't have a notary available or they charge you a fee for making a cashier's check. What service!
Slightly hard to find but hey when you need a bank of America and your in a rush any bank of America will do..has a drive thru and the people are nice.
