I love coming here for color and cuts. Everyone is nice, friendly and easy going. Plus hello green hair.

I live in Lowell and decided to try out this place for just a haircut and style. I've been letting my hair go naturally grey ( finally) and wanted to begin getting the dyed ends off and a good hairstyle to help me during the transition. So I just took a chance and walked in. They were very friendly and set me up with Megan. She was great! She is young, but she didn't look at me and immediately think "old lady - dull hair - etc." She talked with me first, got a sense of what I was after and gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Later I made an appt. for gel nails, Megan again - she did a super job on those too. They lasted 3 weeks, no chips no breaks.. just really nice and shiny nails. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is very Zen ( maybe a little too... the music that plays will make you want to nod off.... but it's better than elevator or club music I guess) They have many services, but I can only speak for the hair and nails so far. Great salon!

I recently came into this salon with my girlfriend and we got the RENEW Package.

Newly designed salon in the Summer Street plaza. The layput and decor is kice. High scale appeal. Hair stylist Susan B dis a great job with not onlyy color, but a short styled cut. Hard to find a good stylist who does a great kob with short hair. Avaerage prices for the market.

($350+) service. We were there for almost 6 hours and it was very nice. I was super impressed with Lissette and how much she made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Jacqui did my friends massage and she was VERY impressed with her, she would request her again. The day went very well we both had manicures, pedicures, massages, lunch, facials, makeup, wash and blow dry. I was very impressed with all the staff. Being a hairstylist myself I was not super impressed with the hair stylist, she washed my hair and did a OK job shampooing, but when we went to her chair to begin the blow dry she turned the chair around to have me facing a corner and did not talk to me at all. When I get my hair done I want to talk to my stylist and feel comfortable.. The end of the services came and my friend and I had to pay, we both tipped our service providers on our cards and as we were telling the receptionist what we wanted to tip we both felt as though we were being looked down upon when we were giving tips. I was not very pleased with the reaction from the people at the desk when we had given our tip amounts. I would defiantly go back for all the services except the hair piece.
