Have been going here for about a year now, every time I'm in Lowell I go to Shazi exclusively. However, after going in today for eyebrow and lip threading, shazi rushed it (even though the salon was empty) and my eyebrows came out uneven and my lip wasn't fully threaded. On top of it all, she charged me $24 when the usual has been $18. That's more than what I pay in the overpriced city threading places. I'm all for supporting small businesses and I would not have minded paying that much but I expected to leave happy and not having to go home and re-do my eyebrows. Needless to say that will be the last time I go there.
They have threading ( which is a plus for my mom) but she found it a little expensive for what it was and they didn't do a proper job with the symmetry.
Moved in town and needed a new salon found this one. Got my hair done here multiple times. Always 100% satisfied with my results. Hair cut, color, and set. Shazi is really good at. The only salon I go to. On top of the beautiful hair the prices are reasonable. There can be wait at times because there's a lot of people that go to her for eyebrows and waxing. But the wait is worth it.
