Had a simple repair done on my trailer was horrified when I saw the bill. Over $1,000.00 for a 1 hour job. Good work however grossly over priced. I should have known when I asked for a rough estimate and was told that they were unable to provide one. Owner operators get a solid quote before you get any work done.
Great place. Have been treated very good.Im small company. Have been using JP. For years. I like using family owned business. I highly recommend JP. To all my customers.
The staff outside who do the repairs are very nice but what a horrible place. I do NOT recommend them.

Brought a cargo trailer in for a simple roof vent install. Asked that they call me if it was going to cost more than $75-80 for the job. Was called and told it was done and cost $90. Went to pick it up and was given a bill for $118. When I questioned it and then told them that seemed a little dishonest I was told by I believe the owner of the company to "just pay your bill and never bother is again" so essentially just shut up and pay.
