Got an oil change and inspection sticker here, in and out within reasonable time, friendly service nice waiting area.
There was NOBODY behind me! How much would it have cost to brush another 15 seconds and run it through again?!?
Terrific service! My windshield wipers stopped working and they had me in and out in 15 minutes!
Drove around a 2nd time and manager was there. He was easily tall enough to reach but chose to be rude instead. Initially, I wasn't angry and was even willing to do the brush myself. He told me it was not a detail wash, only an express wash. He said I'd have to pay for another wash if I wanted to send it through again.
The wash did a mediocre job removing some sort of black film on my hood. I don't blame them for that because it was on pretty good. The young female attendant hit it with the brush and spray wand but two grooves on the hood were still black where she couldn't reach. (Btw - SHE should be the manager because she at least made an effort.)
Terrible experience at One Stop Wash. If you're expecting your car to actually get clean, go somewhere else.
Shame!
The new owner put some money into this place and it's getting better everyday.
Great service and employees are very nice! They have a car wash too which is awesome. My car comes out perfect everytime!!
