The nursing staff intercepts messages on myhealth intended for the doctors. Even if its addressed in the subject to be seen ONLY by your doctor, their nurses break patient-doctor confidentiality laws by opening an email directed to the doctor. Not that the state would ever crack down on that. And we come to my biggest problem which happened yesterday, 9/26/2017. The woman straight across from the main desk in Patient Accounts is despicable abd impossible to work with. She refuses to listen to what you have to say and will not accept what you are saying. I have never been as angry in public as I was yesterday. I have never left somewhere angry in my life. That says a lot. I couldnt believe the treatment i recieved, i simply wanted to be seen by my doctor and she made it so I couldnt be seen, refused to let me check in, and on top of that, IT WAS AN APPOINTMENT FOR A REFERRAL because i was in a motorcycle accident and in that, I broke my collarbone, and it isnt healing right, I was supposed to see my doctor, get the referral, shouldnt have been a problem, yet it was. If you want reception people that prefer to be rude and not help you in any way, this is the office for you! Ill never go back to Harvard Vanguard Chelmsford in my lifetime. This place is such a joke.
Their customer service surrounding this recent power outage has been awful! No help whatsoever problem solving with their clients as to better help them! So disappointed
After looking for doctors after doctors.. this place was perfit for us. We check in and be on our way within as hour or less. All the staff are friendly and nice to us. We love this place! Wish they take more of masshealth plans.
Our family has used this outpost of Harvard Vanguard for 15 years. Pediatrics, internal medicine, specialists: all have been good.
I have to say first, I did not go to this provider but had a bad experience trying to set up a PCP with them that I thought was worth sharing. I called to see when I could get in as a new patient and was told the earliest would be 3 months from now (which is quite a while just to even see a nurse practitioner) so I politely said, "Oh okay, never mind, thank you very much." but the person on the line apparently couldn't even handle waiting for me to continue saying thank you for checking and hung up partway through my thank you. I can understand that you don't want to just sit and chat with someone for several minutes if you realize they aren't going to be a patient anyway but it shows some pretty horrible customer service that literally the second you hear that someone is not going to be a patient that you hang up on the person before they are even done talking. I would check around elsewhere.
