Great place to stay, usually stay here atleast 2 to 3 days every other month. Great beds, clean rooms and very comfortable, great service. If you have the extra money you have to get a suite, it's like home away from home, but sometimes you can get a comp upgrade from king bed to a suite. Great place all around. Would like to see a better selection for breakfast on location.

Stayed 2 nights for a work conference. Stayed in the smaller building which was u see construction. Moldy conditions, safety hazards, and construction noise throughout the day were only part of it. I have stayed here before and had good experiences, the fact that they booked rooms during their renovation was an ill advised decision. I'm appalled to have spent 2 nights here. I sincerely hope they don't continue to book these room blocks when the larger building is largely unoccupied. Terrible experience and I hope to relay this to their corporate office.

I went here for a wedding ceremony. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were large, bright and clean. And the common areas had a nice touch of elegance. Was very pleased.

Nice design on the outside albeit a more traditional look. Dated interior inside that looks over 30 years old and badly in need of a refresh. Very limited breakfast menus and staff who seem ran off their feet trying to keep up with patrons orders. Very little choice of restaurants in vicinity necessitating an expensive taxi ride to get to anything decent. Pricing is reasonable for what it is. The room I had on level 5 was in all fairness very spacious. It had a kitchenette, microwave coffee machine and mini fridge that is not stocked. For future visits I’d rather pay extra and be in downtown Boston. Unless you are visiting a business in the local vicinity, it’s location is too far out of the way.

I attended a professional event here. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room temperature was a bit warm but it didn't really bother me. This event was in the morning so coffee, tea, and juice were available. I had orange juice, and it was delicious. All in all, a very good experience.
